Olivia Schwartz

Olivia Schwartz is a Nashville-based technology coach dedicated to helping seniors gain confidence with computers. A lifelong digital enthusiast, Olivia received her first computer at just three years old, sparking a passion for technology that has only grown.

As a natural teacher and mentor, she has served as an assistant teacher in the Worcester Public Schools, mentored songwriting students virtually through a program at The Kennedy Center, and been a trusted tech resource for friends and family alike.

As the Chief Fairy and Founder of Computer Fairies, Olivia brings patience, expertise, and a personalized approach to empower folks in navigating the digital world with ease.

  • Your first 20-minute consultation is completely free — it’s a chance for us to get to know each other and understand your needs. After that, each one-on-one session is $100 for a full hour of personalized tech coaching.

  • Yes, absolutely. Your privacy is very important to us. Anything we discuss or access during our sessions — including passwords, personal info, or account details — stays strictly between you and your Computer Fairy. We’re here to help, never to judge or share.

  • We’ll meet in a safe, comfortable public space — like your local library, your apartment lobby, or a nearby café. Wherever you feel most at ease, we’ll make it work!

  • Just bring the device you need help with — whether it’s a computer, phone, or iPad — along with your password to unlock it and a charger to keep things powered up. That’s all you need to get started!

  • Not at all! Whether you're a complete beginner or have some experience, I’ll meet you where you are and guide you through everything step by step. There’s no such thing as a silly question here!

  • Absolutely! You can book as many sessions as you need to feel confident and comfortable with your tech. We can tackle different topics each time, or dive deeper into one — it’s all up to you.

  • We’re currently focusing on booking in-person sessions to provide a more personal experience. That may change as our business grows, so we’ll keep you informed if virtual sessions become available in the future.
